The Autism Community Treatments (ACT) Lab in MSU's Department of Psychology is seeking a full-time laboratory research assistant for one year, with the likelihood of a longer appointment based on performance.  The laboratory research assistant will be responsible for maintaining the daily ongoing infrastructure of the laboratory, as well as contribute to research being conducted by graduate students and faculty.   The research conducted through the ACT Lab research spans from intervention development of community based mental and behavioral health services and finally to the dissemenation and implementation of established evidence-based practices for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.  The overall goal of the ACT Lab is to improve the lives of individuals with mental and behavioral health needs, especially individuals with ASD, by building up agencies that provide cmmunity-based services, improving access to care, and developing interventions and service systems to meet needs through collaboration with researchers, practitioners and innovators.  The position will begin as early as March 1, 2017 and include a competitive salary and benefits.  To apply for position please go to jobs.msu.edu
