After undergrad, I worked for a year as a software engineer before deciding to come back to school to get a Ph.D. Prior to attending MSU, I completed a double bachelor's degree at Utah State University in Mathematics and Psychology with a minor in computer science. I am currently going into my third year at MSU pursuing a dual Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and Computational Mathematics Science and Engineering. I was awarded the prestigious NDSEG fellowship starting fall 2020.

My primary research interests are in using computational modeling and advanced data analytic techniques to understand, model, and predict human behavior. Substantively I am focused on studying the social processes of teams and leadership. Additionally I study factors impaction team resilience. I am also heavily involved in Dr. Steve Kozlowski's lab which is funded by NASA to study the impact on teams of extreme conditions faced by astronauts.
