RESEARCH

I study the developmental processes of individuals and teams as they unfold over time. My goal is to advance organizational science through the development of formal process theories which can be explored via computational modeling to elucidate the micro-level processes underlying traditional organizational research findings. These models can then be used in combination with traditional research designs to test competing explanations for phenomena against one another in strong scientific inference. In addition, I am interested in advancing research methods through the development of improved research measures, effect sizes, and analytic techniques.
