Violence Against Women
Research
My program of research focuses on violence against women and children, with an emphasis on sexual assault. I study sexual assault survivors’ help-seeking experiences with the legal, medical, and mental health systems, and how community and campus systems address survivors’ needs. I work collaboratively with social systems to community-based participatory action research using quantitative and qualitative methods.
