Undergrad school: Yonsei University, Korea '19 / Psychology & History (double major)

Tell us about your background/experience!

I have completed my M.S. in Yonsei University, Industrial & Organizational psychology major, and I have studied computer programming for 2 years. I have visited some Asian countries like the Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Japan, but it's my first time going to another continent.

Why grad school?

My primary goal is becoming a professor and I want to know more about the factors that can promote people's well-being.

What do you hope to research while you're here?

I want to study the effects of RAIA (Robots, Artificial Intelligence, Automation) on employees since it is one of the major changes made in organizations. I think we should explore more about the pros and cons about the RAIA before applying it to the organizations.

What do you love about Organizational Psychology?

I can actually observe the phenomenon happening in the workplaces, and I can contribute to make the workplaces better.

In your free time, what do you like to do?

I like to take a walk or ride a bike near the river and play video games (actually mobile games).

Anything else you’d like to mention?

Happy to be at MSU, and want to be great friends with all of you! And since I'm not used to living in the states, any help would be really appreciated!
