Biography
Ana received her MA in International Planning and Ph.D. in Program Evaluation and Planning, with a minor in Agriculture and Rural Development, from Cornell University. Since then she has 20+ years working in international development monitoring and evaluation in Africa and Asia with numerous donor agencies, local and international NGOs, and UN organizations.
