Bailey is a second-year doctoral student in the Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience program in the Department of Psychology at Michigan State University, where she works under the supervision of Dr. J. Devin McAuley in the Timing, Attention, and Perception (TAP) Lab. Her research focuses on the neural mechanisms underlying the role of working memory in rhythm perception, attention, and timing, particularly within clinical populations such as individuals who stutter, those with attention-deficit
