Biography
My research focuses on central individual differences such as vocational interests and personality traits. I study how these traits (1) manifest in daily organizational life, (2) how they predict key career and life outcomes, and (3) how they change over time. From a construct perspective, I am particularly fascinated by the communalities, differences, and interplay between vocational interests and Big Five personality traits.
