I am interested in the ways we can improve employee wellbeing at work. I approach this problem from multiple perspectives, including an employee perspective, examining the individual characteristics that allow us to excel more or less at work. I also study careers, researching how occupations are perceived and rewarded, and the effects this has on both employees and society itself.
