BIOGRAPHY

I am a fourth-year doctoral student in the Organizational Psychology program at Michigan State University. I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in quantitative social science from the University of Houston in 2019 and an M.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2021. I am also a recipient of the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. I have previously worked as a workforce analytics intern at Jackson National Life Insurance and I am currently interning with the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO).

RESEARCH

My research interests focus on diversity, equity, & inclusion in the workplace, as well as worker health & well-being. Right now, most of my work is on immigrant communities in the United States and understanding how intersectionality of identities informs immigrants’ job- and well-being related experiences.

Outside of my research, I have enjoyed being involved in consulting projects and interning with different organizations. Throughout the summer of 2022, I am interning with the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) in Alexandria, VA.
