As researchers and experts in the human mind, we want to provide you with evidence-based knowledge to help with your mental health and wellness. Click a graphic below to explore.

 

A guide to breaking down mindfulness for anyone who has 5-15 minutes and is feeling anxious. You can do open or focused meditation before or after stressful events. Keep your eyes closed or relaxed.    A guide to expressive writing so you can get thoughts out of your mind. Spend 5-10 minutes writing as openly as possible before or after stressful events. It frees up mental space!    A guide to distanced self talk to help regulate your emotions and problem solving. Talk to yourself in the third person can create psychological distance.
