About
My research interests are broadly focused on understanding workers and the factors that impact their wellbeing and performance. I have conducted work exploring the influence interpersonal dynamics at work (e.g., emotions, collaborative behaviors), the role of automation in impacting the workforce, work related to selection and assessment, as well as individual differences.
I have also recently received a NDSEG fellowship from the department of defense to fund research examining how information spreads within social networks, with the goal of understanding how misinformation and extremism can propagate within social groups.
