Curriculum Vitae: Lena Roemer
RESEARCH
My research focuses on central individual differences such as vocational interests and personality traits. I study how these traits (1) manifest in daily organizational life, (2) how they predict key career and life outcomes, and (3) how they change over time. From a construct perspective, I am particularly fascinated by the communalities, differences, and interplay between vocational interests and Big Five personality traits. My goal is to better understand how these traits uniquely and jointly shape individuality and impact personal and professional development. My research fellowship at Michigan State University is funded by the German Research Foundation.
