Tell us about your background/experience!

I studied at Beijing Normal University for my B.A. and M.A. in Psychology.

Why grad school?

I have some unfinished stories and would like to find a group of nice people to finish them with.

What do you hope to research while you're here?

I'm interested in the mental health of employees. I may continue to research issues such as employee recovery, self-objectification, and the mental health of older employees in the future.

What do you love about Organizational Psychology?

Human beings can only reach their fullest potential in the form of organizations.

In your free time, what do you like to do?

I like to spend some time cooking, and I like to make some cocktails.

Anything else you'd like to mention?

The world around us is moving so fast that we're forced to keep up with it. I want to help people be more comfortable with the pressure.
