Name: Ethan Wright (he/him)

Hometown: Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Education: I went to Michigan State for my bachelor's in psychology.

Tell us about your background/experience.

My research background is mainly in social psychology studying stereotypes and discrimination in several undergrad research assistant positions.

Why grad school?

I chose grad school because I miss college already and I want to learn more about psychology!

What do you hope to research while you’re here?

While I'm here I want to research well-being and individual differences in the workplace, as well as occupational prestige.

Why are you interested in Org Psych? What do you like about it?

I became interested in organizational psychology from my experience rowing in crew teams in high school and college.  With any sport, team culture is vital for high level performances and I became very interested in researching those general principles.

In your free time, what do you like to do?

In my free time I like to read, bike, run, and play the piano.
