I want to study the selection and assessment of job applicants' personalities using cutting-edge methods such as AI and ML.

Why are you interested in Organizational Psychology?

Organizational Psychology is a practical field of study closely related to the workplace and employees. This is one of the reasons why I like studying Organizational Psychology.

In your free time, what do you like to do?

I usually go to the gym, run around my house, and play video games.
