Not sure what to be for Halloween this year? We’ve got you! Here are five easy psychology inspired costume ideas that you can do with a group!

WHAT’S NEEDED: Four people wear matching shirts with pieces of Velcro attached. Each shirt has either secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized written on it. Act out each of your styles throughout the night!

WHAT’S NEEDED: One person wears a white shirt with an inkblot on it and the other holds a sign that says “What might this be?” Throughout the night, take notes of what people see.
